Brief Biography:
Born and raised in Michigan, Andrew attended a small K-12 school before joining the military upon graduation. Motivated by a sense of duty, he served in the military for five years before beginning his undergraduate studies at Hillsdale College. Blessed with good teachers and a supportive wife, Andrew was able to encounter the world anew through the lenses of Philosophy, Theology, and Literature. This encounter with Truth enlivened within him a desire to respond, which he has done in a limited way by teaching catechism and sacramental prep classes. Desiring to respond more fully, Andrew enrolled in the Graduate School of Classical Education at Hillsdale College, where he hopes to continue to grow as a scholar, teacher, and leader for the benefit of his family, community, and nation.
